Third and most importantly Kaleem did an awesome job for me and saved me from the virus that had infected so much exec files. He also helped me with Avast Antivirus, and it makes me feel so safe everytime her voice comes on and tells me everything is ok. Actually, Avast already detected a virus, told me what to do, and then systematically cleaned up the mess and I was back in business. "I heard of your company on Craigslist and since it is in Springfield I called for an appointment. On Friday, September 3, Kal came to my house to repair my computer. I have to laugh because he was due between 2 and 3 and since I had never dealt with GeekABC before my antennae were up. It was 3:00 and I got on the phone to inquire of Kal's whereabouts. It ended up that he was in the parking lot looking for a space right on time! Kal did a wonderful job on my computer. I am not computer savvy so that is all that I can say. I am customer service savvy though and I can tell you that Kal is personable, kind and patient. To top off his customer skills Kal was also wonderful when I made a follow up call to ask a question after our appointment. He hooked us up over the Internet and had an answer for me just like that. It was a simple question too, but keep in mind that I don't have answers. My computer kept freezing and I was never told that I had too many applications open. Yesterday I did not freeze once! To wrap this up I will use your services again. I have another computer that is not doing very well!"
“The Geek ABC team who came to my house to solve a problem with my new router were very competent, courteous, and helpful. They worked until the problem was solved, and they charged a reasonable fee. While they were here they took my son's computer back to the shop to diagnose why it wasn't working properly and called me back promptly to let me know what the problem was, how they planned to fix it, and at what price. I had this computer fixed once before by a big box store and they had charged me $300 up front just to diagnose it. Geek ABC charged a very reasonable fee to diagnose the problem, and the entire cost for fixing the computer was a third lower than what the big box had charged me. Moreover, the service was much, much better. I am so glad to have found Geek ABC!”

“My computer crashed. I had a lot of important stuff on it. I had pictures from years back, important files and a lot of music which I lost the cds for. Geek ABC retrieved all of them with great customer service. I seriously thought I wouldn’t see any of those files again.
